2. Digital Service Nature & Instant Delivery
Advora provides instant, real-time digital placement services. When a bid payment is verified, the listing position, rank recalculation, and promotional display are immediately activated and delivered to the public directory.
3. Refund Policy
- Completed & Verified Bids: Because digital visibility is provisioned immediately upon transaction confirmation, fees paid for completed and active listing placements are generally non-refundable.
- Technical Errors & Duplicate Charges: In the rare event of duplicate charges caused by network timeouts or payment gateway processing errors where service was not rendered, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.
4. Policy Violations & Listing Removal
Listings that violate Advora's Prohibited Content rules (including adult sexual content, nude websites, escort promotion, scams, illegal drugs, or gambling) will be removed immediately without entitlement to refund.
5. Payment Processing Terms
Payments are processed through the selected payment provider, subject to the provider's onboarding, verification, acceptable-use policies and applicable terms.
