1. Marketplace Bidding & Ranking Rules

• Indian Market Bidding: Indian listings start at ₹100 with dynamic ₹100 increments (₹100, ₹200, ₹300, ₹400, ₹500, etc.).
• International Market Bidding: International markets start at $1 with dynamic $1 increments ($1, $2, $3, $4, $5, etc.).
• Real-Time Re-Ranking: Rankings update instantly upon verified payment confirmation. Higher verified bids immediately claim higher ranks.
• Tie-Breaking: When two listings have identical bid values, the earlier confirmed bid retains ranking priority.
• Marketplace Value & Nature of Payment: Payments are made exclusively to claim and maintain a promotional listing position on the Advora public directory. Payments are strictly for advertising and marketplace placement — never an investment, security, deposit, donation, or promise of financial return.

2. Networking & Chat Community Guidelines

All participants in Advora Public Rooms, Regional Business Rooms, and Personal Direct Chats must adhere strictly to these 20 community rules:

1. Be respectful: Treat all entrepreneurs, creators, and professionals with professional courtesy.
2. No harassment: Harassment, bullying, stalking, or abusive conduct will result in immediate suspension.
3. No spam: Unsolicited automated messages, mass advertising, and repetitive copy-pasting are strictly forbidden.
4. No scam / fraud: Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, deceptive claims, and get-rich-quick offers are prohibited.
5. No adult sexual content: Sexually explicit discussions, adult imagery, and sexual materials are strictly banned.
6. No pornography: Dissemination or promotion of pornographic material is forbidden.
7. No nude content: Any form of nudity, nude websites, or sexually suggestive media is prohibited.
8. No escort services: Escort services, prostitution, and commercial sexual services are blocked immediately.
9. No gambling / betting promotion: Casino games, betting apps, satta matka, and online wagering links are strictly prohibited.
10. No illegal goods or services: Promotion of contraband, unlicensed financial products, or illegal items is banned.
11. No drugs / controlled substances: Narcotics, controlled chemicals, or prescription resale are prohibited.
12. No weapons: Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or military gear are banned.
13. No malicious links: Sharing harmful websites, phishing gateways, or suspicious redirect chains is prohibited.
14. No phishing or credential theft: Attempting to gather credentials, tokens, or personal identifiers will lead to a permanent ban.
15. No malware / hacking tools: Distribution of unauthorized software, exploits, or cracking tools is forbidden.
16. No money laundering: Layering illicit funds or facilitating financial crimes is prohibited.
17. No counterfeit goods: Replicas, pirated media, and counterfeit merchandise are forbidden.
18. No deceptive financial services: Unlicensed lending, pump-and-dump groups, and fraudulent trading advice are banned.
19. No abusive or hateful content: Hate speech, defamation, religious vilification, and discriminatory slurs are banned.
20. 24-Hour chat expiration: All networking group and private chat messages automatically expire and are permanently deleted after 24 hours.

3. Prohibited Products & Services (Merchant Compliance)

Advora strictly prohibits marketplace listings, advertising, and community promotions involving restricted categories, including:

• Adult sexual content, pornography, and sexually explicit media.
• Nude websites, nudity promotion, and adult webcam/chat services.
• Escort services, prostitution, and commercial sexual solicitation.
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, narcotics, and prescription drug resale.
• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, military gear, and explosives.
• Gambling, sports betting, casino platforms, lotteries, and wagering links.
• Scams, multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes, and fraudulent schemes.
• Phishing, credential theft, malware, ransomware, spyware, and hacking services.
• Money laundering, stolen goods, and counterfeit products.
• Deceptive financial services, unregistered brokerages, and fraudulent tokens.
• Abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or hateful content.
• Websites primarily containing sexual or nude content.
